How the numbers work. Composite SLA multiplies the published SLA of every service on the board — a workload is only as available as the product of its parts. Monthly cost sums the selected pricing tier of each service. Both draw from a single shared data layer; services without a published SLA or list price are shown but excluded from the maths, and flagged below the totals.
